The Italian spring water that goes into each carton gives it a fresh and delicious taste, with amazingly versatile flavors! The Oat Milk is smooth and creamy, with a naturally sweet taste that blends beautifully with bananas and tropical fruits. The nutty, yet refreshing flavor of our Almond Milk (both sweetened and unsweetened) is especially tasty when combined with a variety of fruits and vegetables. Because our Hazelnut Rice Milk has a hint of apple juice, its subtle sweetness perfectly balances out smoothies with kale or other greens. And the crisp and light flavor of our Rice Milk tastes great with berries and stone-fruit alike.

Whether you prefer a bowl or a glass, blueberries or pineapple, cocoa or peanut butter—there are countless ways to enjoy a smoothie. And we cannot wait for you to try some of our favorite smoothie recipes featuring Better Than Milk!

5) Earth Lovin’ Smoothie Bowl

  • Green Smoothie Base:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 serving tropical greens smoothie powder
  • 3/4 – 1 cup Better Than Milk Oat Milk

  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Blueberry Apple superseed mix or granola

Prep ahead of time. Peel and slice a banana to freeze. Pro tip: freeze the slices in an ice tray so they don’t clump together. Once they are frozen, then you can put them in a bag!

You’ll need a blender. Depending on what blender you use, you may need to use a different frozen:liquid ratio. Always start with less liquid, you can always add more.

Start with the frozen items. Add in the frozen banana and frozen mango.

Next, add in spinach, dates, and smoothie powder. Adding powder and seeds near the end prevents the seeds from getting stuck in the blade and potentially causing damage.

Add that liquid last. It may not look like a lot but start with less.

Put your top on the blender (and make sure it’s plugged in).

Blend blend blend. If you have a tool to stir, that is super helpful. At this point, you can add more oat milk if needed.

Transfer to a bowl. Smooth out your smoothie with a spoon.

Top with banana, blueberry and granola.

Dig right in!
