Better Than Milk Alternative Milk beverages are shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated before use. However, we highly recommend that you cool it down and shake it up before pouring a glass! 

Yes, our alternative milk beverages should be refrigerated after opening. 

We recommend consuming the drinks within 5 to 7 days of opening. 

These drinks, like most all others on the market do not typically mix well when directly added to hot product, as there may be separation when adding the refrigerated liquid due to the PH changes with the heat.
